The valet parking system could use a complete overhaul!!! Noise disturbances from other rooms ruin the overall experience. The outdated decor in rooms needs a refreshing touch!!!

The Hilton offers a great location with friendly staff, but the rooms and facilities are in need of significant updates. Issues included outdated amenities, cleanliness concerns, and maintenance problems, which detracted from the experience. The pool was nice, and some staff were notably helpful.

Great food and amazing staff, but the room cleanliness was lacking.

The stay was enjoyable, especially due to helpful staff and a comfortable room. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates and improved cleanliness in common areas.

The lack of available literature about the hotel, aside from what came with the key, was really noticeable. a larger information packet would’ve been helpful. Also, I couldn't shake the feeling that the room furnishings looked a bit worn out, especially with some chairs needing replacement. The bathroom sink's drain was a hassle, not functioning as smoothly as it should have. And, when I returned to the hotel, the main entrance was blocked by a single car parked there for hours, inconveniencing guests without any apparent action taken to address it.

The Hilton Jackson had a nice lobby that felt festive with great decorations. Staff were really helpful, especially with check-in. The location offered easy access to a mall, which was convenient for dining options. My room, however, had cleanliness issues. The carpet felt sticky with stains, and I found some dirt behind the nightstand. The mattress quality wasn’t up to par. I noticed some unpleasant odors in the room too. The breakfast options were quite limited for the price, making it hard to justify the higher cost of my stay. Overall, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, but the room and amenities definitely need a refresh.

I was truly impressed with the festive decorations in the lobby, which added a warm and inviting atmosphere to the hotel. The staff was also very helpful, ensuring easy access for seniors like myself throughout our stay.

the hotel is just a short walk from great restaurants and almost 2 km from parham bridges' park, making it easy to enjoy both delicious meals and lovely strolls in nature during my stay as a single traveler in a queen room with two queen beds and roll-in shower, mobility access.

The breakfast offered a great variety that catered to different tastes and the on-site restaurants served food at good prices. I particularly enjoyed the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, as it was spacious and comfortable for our group.

The beds here are incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I especially loved the breakfast buffet, which had an impressive variety, including made-to-order omelettes and fresh pastries. However, I think the overall cleanliness in some areas could use improvement.
